Insights for the shift. Operators acknowledge them. They do not close them.
OEE, Energy, Maintenance
Operators can view these. Cost, tariffs, meters, and work orders stay with maintenance and admins.

Operators
Floor, Production, Alerts, Map, Shift, and Command, plus view-only OEE, Energy and Maintenance, and Ask and Academy. Operators do not get Executive, Connect, Audit, or the device list.
Maintenance
The operator screens, plus Connect, Audit, work orders, and energy and maintenance cost. Maintenance does not get Executive.
Admins
The full plant, including Executive, the device list, and factory settings.
How sign-in works
- Your administrator gives you a factory code, a username, and a password.
- Open the plant login and enter those three. The factory code is the short name, not the company name on the wall.
- You land on the screens for your role. Copilot and Academy are included for operators. Executive, Connect, Audit, and the device list are not.

Is this part of FactoraERP?
Yes. This is the FactoraERP plant app. Your team signs in at iot.factoraerp.com with a factory code, a username, and a password.
What can each person see?

What if someone forgets a password?
The plant login page has a contact link. An administrator resets the password. There is no shared admin login for the floor.
